As a Farmers Insurance sales agent, you'll have the flexibility to develop a lucrative career by providing customers with Auto, Home and Life insurance products while having the ability to adjust your work schedule to address your growing client’s needs. We offer a rotating Hybrid schedule and offer flexibility to meet your schedule.

We are focused on meeting the community needs for insurance. Bi-lingual skills are desired to assist our diversified demographics.

  • Outside relationship management: Develop strong relationships within local communities and organizations, while maintaining open lines of communication for future sales opportunities

Qualifications

  • An active state Property & Casualty license
  • Life & Health insurance license optional.
  • Bi-lingual a plus
  • Computer skills with customer relationship software

· Previous employment in a sales representative role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers. 1-2 years of Sales experience

· Excellent verbal, written and listening skills

· Confident, motivated individual who works equally as well independently and as a member of a dynamic team

· Able to multi-task, follow through on deliverables, and follow-up with prospective clients

· Enjoy talking with and helping people regardless of their level of interest

· Avid learner and resourceful in finding solutions to unique problems

· Pro-active attitude

· Strong enthusiasm and belief about the roll insurance play in people’s lives

· Able to absorb and implement coaching and constructive criticism with a positive attitude.

Compensation Details:

  • Uncapped pay—including base salary, monthly commission and monthly bonuses
  • Long term residual compensation for tenured agents
  • Total average first year earnings range from $60K to $85K through a combination of base, bonus, and uncapped commission
  • Potential for Top Performers to earn over $150K
